Tailored to your life and needs we will create a flexibility routine for you. The right exercises for you practiced with attention to form will achieve results. Reduce tension, aches and pains, and risk of future injury. An effective flexibility routine can fit in as few as 5 minutes. Creating this template is about making a routine that works in your life and that you will follow.

1:1 Yoga

A private class is an impactful tool whether you are starting a new yoga practice or looking to deepen your current yoga practice. You will leave this session with a clear understanding of the postures we cover, how to do them effectively for your body, and how to modify in a group session.
