For Bodies Who’ve Had Babies—and EveryBody
This class is put together to give you a total body workout in 30-45 minutes with a lot of consideration for pelvic floor and core issues.
This class is taught with or without without any weights so that it can be easily translated into a workout you can do at home. Each week the workout will be the same Monday and Wednesday. I encourage you to take a picture of the board so you can repeat it from home 1-2 more times through the rest of the week.
At this time the class consists of a warm up generally followed by 3 rounds of circuit exercises, finishing with a cool down. There is time for questions, time to get out in less than an hour if you need, and time to discuss what is happening in the relationship between core and pelvic floor during exercises you need extra direction with.
My classes are designed to be accessible to your unique situation, you should feel challenged each day and also encouraged to be easy when it is appropriate. Please do not hesitate to reach out to share your situation in advance or to ask additional questions.
Children and babies are always welcome under your watch. Please email in advance if you would like to bring a little one along.
